How it works?
Registration and required information
For compliance and regulation of the North American financial system, we require you to provide us with your personal information: Name, Email, Address where you live in the USA, US mobile phone and a photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Consular Registration).
Activation and loading of funds from your MoneyOne Mastercard® Card
Upon receiving your personalized card, you must activate it through the website, from the MoneyOne mobile application or by calling the Customer Service number (1 877 888 4480). Then you must load funds with cash at convenience stores, by direct deposit or by check from your mobile application.
